DHI is one of the best in home inspections. I have heard lots of horror stories from friends and families, so for me and my fiancee purchasing our first home we were very skeptical. I researched DHI and all checked out. Steve arrived early and got right to it starting with the roof. All was thoroughly explained while we were on site and he was an ease to discuss everything with. The electronic report was a godsend and all the pictures included made the report an ease to interpret. I'll be referring him to all I know going forward.
